Due to the handmade nature of our products, made-to-order and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

For standard, ready-to-ship items, return eligibility may apply where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Please note: Slight variations in shape, texture, color or detailing may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece. These natural variations are not considered defects.
