SECTION 1 - HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS & UNIQUE VARIATIONS

All of our bridal hats, fascinators, birdcage veils, and accessories are meticulously handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our creation process and individual screen settings, slight variations in lace placement, sizing, or subtle color tones may occur compared to listing photos. These variations are not considered defects, but rather a mark of unique craftsmanship.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTION TIMES & ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

 Crafting Time: Standard orders require 3 to 5 business days for preparation before dispatch.

 Shipping Estimates: Delivery timeframes (typically 7–10 business days) are estimates provided by third-party shipping carriers. Miaz Bridal is not liable for carrier delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS & CUSTOM ORDERS

 Standard Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided order processing/production has not commenced.

 Custom / Personalized Items: Custom-designed accessories or bespoke adjustments cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

All content, photography, product designs, text, graphics, logos, and images on this website are the exclusive property of Miaz Bridal. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs, images, or content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and e-commerce laws.
